Teri D. Ciacchi MSW, an educator and pleasure activist, and counselor will guide you though exercises to gain a new perspective on your attractiveness and improve your love life. Learn tools that you can take home and use everyday to increase your sex confidence with yourself and with partners. Our evening ends with a body blessing ritual.

This workshop can improve your holistic health and enhance all of your relationships. All of us need to improve our ability to love and accept our bodies and increase our self-esteem. We will use visualization and energy exercises to identify our current level of self-acceptance and then concretely work to improve it. We will co-create a safe container for each person to get individual support for working through fear of rejection and discuss any upsets or stresses that reveal themselves. We will end with a beautiful and healing body blessing ritual.
